Service description

HP Technical Phone Support service provides customers Out-of-warranty with technical support coverage for troubleshooting of covered HP or Compaq consumer product or HP consumer printers.

Customer will have telephone or e-mail access to HP Technical Support Agents for technical assistance on a product's original operating system, HP drivers and pre-installed software.

HP Technical Phone Support is available in several options for covered products.

HP Technical Phone Support - 1 incident version for PCs (UR003E) and for printers (UR004E)

This version is recommended for HP customers who are outside the warranty period or who owns product with no phone support included and needs troubleshooting from an HP technical agent. The Service will be valid for Seven calendar days from the date of the order confirmation .

This version allow customers to call as many times as they need during a period of 6-month.
